Horsepower’s Aggressive Gentlemen BMX Training

If you are looking for training that will change the way you ride and change the way you compete on the track, the Aggressive Gentlemen BMX Strength and Conditioning program is what you are looking for.

This program is specifically designed for the needs of BMX athletes and BMX racing. The goal with each athlete is to increase:

  • Power

  • Speed

  • Balance

  • Coordination
     

These physical tools change the way you ride. The power to start fast, the speed to ride fast, and the balance and coordination to get the job done start to finish.

This program sets itself apart because along with building the physical tools needed for BMX, it builds the confidence needed to bring an attack mentality with you to the gates and through the finish line. I invest in every single rider that trains with me, your goals become my goals.  I will do everything in my power to help you reach them and make your dreams your reality. Competing starts and ends with the physical foundation and the attack attitude to start and finish everything you do.

Why this program.

To be exceptional at anything you need to do more than what your competitors are doing. This program will give you the physical and mental tools that you need that change the way you ride. Change the way you come out of the gates, change the way you attack the track, and ultimately change the way you finish each race.
 

Each training session is 60 – 90 minutes and will include strength work, power work, speed work, and on bike sprint work.
 

Program options.

  • 2x per week - $350 per month

  • 3x per week - $450 per month

  • 4x per week - $550 per month
     

All appointments scheduled on website or at times set up for the BMX Training.
